Sometimes it's nice just to pick up a pen and doodle. I find it very relaxing. Not all my doodles turn out this nice, I have pages of really terrible doodles, but they are the birthplace of other doodles and paintings. Doodles are great because they allow your creativity to flow freely without the fear of making mistakes, and then every now and then a doodle turns out quite nice like this one. This particular one is done with a silver gel pen on black sugar paper.
So remember, keep doodling!
